The ACW at St. Peter collects used stamps to help cancer patients in need of new bandages at the Campbell River Hospital. If our hospital is well stocked, extra bandages are sent to the Prince George Hospital.

This is an initiative of the members of the BC Order of the Eastern Star. The used stamps are sent to a collecting agency that sells them to stamp collectors to create funds for the purchase of bandages.

Only actual stamps can be used, not pre-paid postage stamps. They must have ¾ -inch to 1- inch paper around the edges.

It would be great if mail recipients collect the stamps and contribute them to this fundraising project for the BC Cancer Society.

Just drop your stamps in the envelope on the bulletin board at the Church and they will be collected by the ACW.
