The Mindfulness group usually meets in the church library at 3.15 pm every Wednesday for about 40 minutes. However, if the weather is co-operating, gatherings are in the church garden.
Everyone is welcome to experience this contemplative time. Some of the group attend church and some do not. We use meditations from different traditions, paying attention to mindfulness as a spiritual practice.
The aim of the group is to practice mindfulness skills, and to cultivate a peaceful space in our lives where we can be silent and still.
