A group of wonderful people at St. Peter Anglican Church work together in fellowship to support our church and the needs within the community.
All people in the parish are invited to gather for coffee each Friday from 10 to 11:30 in the Church library. The first Friday of the month is a formal meeting, but all others are times for fellowship and/or special meetings.
A few of the many outreach activities that the 'Chat & Chill' group support are:
- Provision of baby clothes and other needed items to the Carihi Day Care program
- Organize fund raising events in support of community needs
- Provide hand made quilts to residents in care facilities
- Clothing donations to local men's and women's shelters
- Organize special events such as Trivia Night, the Christmas Market and the yummy Salmon Supper!
- Always available to support the needs of the community.
The Chat & Chill group's focus is to support St. Peter Anglican Church and to do local outreach. The loving and caring nature of this group is awesome. They invite you to come and share in this heartwarming fellowship.
